Our Story

Bringing the South to the Pacific, Circle Jerky was created using locally sourced Maui Cattle Company beef, as well as all local ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and salt.

Starting with our marinade (which comes from an old Arkansas family recipe), our thin cut jerky is not only the only of it’s kind you can get on island, but it’s the tastiest!
